The ceramic filter is made of lead zirconate titanate ceramic material, which is made into a sheet, coated with silver on both sides as electrodes, and has piezoelectric effect after DC high voltage polarization. It has the function of radio frequency filtering, has the characteristics of stability and good anti-interference performance, and is widely used in various electronic products such as TV sets, video recorders, and radios as frequency selection components. It has the advantages of stable performance, no adjustment, and low price, and replaces the traditional LC filter network.

Ceramic RF Filters

The filter filters the input signal from the antenna to the receiver and the output signal from the transmitter to the antenna. The filter has a ceramic core with through holes extending between sides of the core. The vias form a coupling resonator and a trap resonator. Two notch resonators are located on the sides of the block, while two of the notch resonators are located in the center of the block. The coupling resonator is located between the end trap resonator and the central notch resonator. The notch resonator has a resonant frequency outside the desired passband, thus providing a notch zero or pole.
